Hello fellow Bitcoiners,
I'm interested in trying out some blockchain analysis for fun — for example, seeing where my received coins come from, or how the coins I have spent are being used, how they connect or don't connect.
I know you can technically do this with any blockchain explorer, but any worthwhile analysis above a few addresses/txids wouldn't really be feasible since blockchain explorers display a single address / tx per page.
I've found and tried Numisight, but it is in alpha and quite lacking in features (understandably, since it is in alpha). For example you cannot tag tx/address with text or color (for example, one could want to tag a tx "possible mixer" or "exchange" or "mined coins" or "my address" etc.), if you manage to find two different paths to the same address, it doesn't get connected in graph, you can't rearrange the graph nodes and so on.
I've also seen "chainalysis" website, which has something called "reactor". It looks very good from the single screenshot on the site, but since the site only has links to "schedule a demo", it seems they target businesses and their pricing probably would reflect this.
I'm ok with paid software, as long as it's good and the price is reasonable, given that I plan to do this for fun not for profit.
Any suggestions welcome, thanks!
