i had 1.4 btc in my ledger nano opened my account for the first time since jan and saw the balance all good…

then i came back as i was going to send some more bitcoin to my account and it said i only had .01 in my account

very weird

then i used goochain to export my extended public key and on there site it shows both 1.4 btc and 0.01 in two different addresses

now i have already looked in hidden accounts and there are none

then i made a new account and sent some btc to it and it confirmed but didnt show up on goochain after exporting it again… so i took the extra bitcoin i just sent back out as im thinking my ledger account is playing up

i emailed support but just wondering if anything could give me some ideas on how to get my btc back
