So, on 4-13-17, I initiated a deposit for $20,000.00, went to my bank and wired the money to the correct SynapsePay account as I've always done. I would like to note, that I've made numerous large fiat transfers to Kraken over the last year or so, without any trouble and these wire transfers are always seen in my Kraken account within 24 hours. Anyway, after 24 hours of waiting and no deposit, I began to wonder what was up. I opened a ticket with support, who told me that SynapsePay was holding the funds, until I could provide a bank statement, paycheck stub, or some information verifying that I legally obtained the deposit sum and due to the magnitude of the deposit, I understood and complied. That was the last time I received any sort of response from Kraken; 4-14-17. I have opened multiple support tickets, none of which, have yielded a response. On 4-15-17, I decided to cut out the middle man, Kraken and opened a support ticket with SynapsePay directly, who, even on Easter Sunday, responded by saying that Kraken had neither contacted, nor sent the requested information to them.
