My friend sent a transaction using electrum, and unlike any transaction I've had using electrum, his transaction had 3 outputs. Must be a different version or setting. One output was the intended transaction, one was the change address. Then the 3rd address for 0.0005 was some kind of fee address. You can see there is also a normal fee of 0.000164 attached to the transaction. His transaction took many hours to confirm due to the backlog, but it would have gone quickly if the 0.0005 was part of the fee. So it didn't help in any way. He says it isn't in his change addresses. Where did that 0.0005 go and why?
